Built from NHS experience

Our service works because we’ve worked inside the NHS. Our founder and management team led the largest direct-to-candidate recruitment campaign in NHS history during the pandemic. We gained deep, first-hand experience into the challenges, inefficiencies, and daily frustrations faced by HR, hiring teams, service leads and candidates in the NHS. That understanding became the foundation of Healthdaq®.
